About
NAARI, the Network of Ambitious and Resilient Indian Women, is a sisterhood for Indian and South Asian women, founded in Arizona. It grew to more than 1,800 members in its first year.
NAARI began around a table, over chai, when founder Sejal Chaturvedi kept meeting brilliant Indian women who were building careers, raising families and dreaming bigger, while quietly wishing for their people. So she built the room.
Build · Belong · Thrive
- Build: panels, workshops, mentorship circles and founder showcases for careers and businesses
- Belong: chai meetups, festival celebrations and friendships that feel like family
- Thrive: culturally attuned wellness, honest conversations and rest without guilt
Circles
Smaller groups for deeper work: Health & Wellness, Professional Mentorship, Entrepreneurial Mentorship and Community Giveback.
Its flagship Rise & Connect 2026 brought 175 women together at Chateau Luxe in Phoenix, and NAARI gathers through the year with wellness evenings, volunteer days and celebrations such as Saris & Stories.
