1. What this service is
Namaste Phoenix (operated by Namaste Publication LLC) is a community publication. On these pages we share information about business and investment opportunities provided by third parties, and we pass on interest from community members who would like to learn more to the business, which follows up directly. We do not own, sponsor, sell, manage or operate any opportunity listed here.
2. What we are not
Namaste Phoenix is not a broker-dealer, funding portal, investment adviser, financial planner, franchise broker, real estate broker, attorney, accountant or immigration consultant, and is not registered as any of these with the SEC, FINRA, any state or any other regulator. We do not give investment, legal, tax, accounting or immigration advice. We do not negotiate, structure or close any transaction, we do not handle anyone's money for a deal, and we do not receive any commission, fee or payment that depends on whether an investment is made.
3. No offer, no endorsement
Nothing on these pages is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, franchise, business or property. Any offer can only be made by the business itself, through its own offering or disclosure documents and in compliance with applicable law. Listing an opportunity does not mean Namaste Phoenix endorses, recommends or has verified it. Information is provided by the businesses, may be incomplete or out of date, and has not been independently checked.
4. Risk
All investments involve risk, including the possible loss of your entire investment. Past performance, projections and target returns are not guarantees. Private investments are often illiquid and may not be resold. EB-5 investments carry additional immigration risk: a green card, the timing of any petition and the return of capital are never guaranteed.
5. Your own due diligence
Before making any decision, read all offering or disclosure documents (for example a private placement memorandum or a Franchise Disclosure Document), verify every claim yourself, and consult your own independent, licensed attorney, accountant, financial adviser and, for EB-5, immigration attorney. Any agreement you make is solely between you and the business.
6. Eligibility limits
Some opportunities are open only to people who meet limits set by the business or by law. The business decides and confirms who qualifies. Namaste Phoenix does not check or verify anyone's eligibility.
7. Your information
When you share your interest, you agree that Namaste Phoenix may pass your name, contact details and answers to the business offering the opportunity (or, for a general enquiry, to businesses whose opportunities match your interests) so that the business can contact you directly. Namaste Phoenix does not follow up on the business's behalf and is not part of any conversation or agreement between you and the business. We email you when your details are sent, and we keep a record of your agreement. The business is responsible for how it uses your details. You can ask us to delete your details, or stop opportunity emails, at any time by writing to connect@namastephoenix.com or using the unsubscribe link in any opportunity email. See our privacy policy.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Namaste Phoenix and Namaste Publication LLC are not liable for any loss or damage arising from any opportunity listed here, from any information provided by a business, or from any dealings between you and a business.
